Autoposting Tool Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern the use of Autoposting Tool (the "Service"). By connecting a social media account to the Service or using it to schedule or publish content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not connect an account.

2. What the Service does

Autoposting Tool is a self-hosted dashboard for scheduling and publishing content to social media accounts. It lets an operator compose a post once — caption and media — and deliver it to the Instagram and TikTok accounts they have connected, either immediately or at a scheduled time.

For Instagram, content is published to the connected account. For TikTok, video is delivered to the account's TikTok inbox as a draft, which the account owner then reviews and publishes inside the TikTok application.

3. Accounts and authorization

Social media accounts are connected through each platform's own authorization flow. The Service does not ask for, receive, or store social media passwords. It receives only the access token issued by the platform after you approve the requested permissions on that platform's own screen.

You may connect only accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for having the right to publish the content you submit through the Service.

You may withdraw authorization at any time, either by disconnecting the account within the Service or by revoking access from the platform directly. Revocation takes effect immediately and stops any further publishing to that account.

4. Content and acceptable use

You retain all rights to the content you publish through the Service. You are solely responsible for that content and for ensuring it complies with the rules of each platform it is published to, including Instagram's and TikTok's own terms and community guidelines.

The Service may not be used to publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or otherwise in breach of the receiving platform's policies, nor to operate automated behaviour that those platforms prohibit.

5. Data

What the Service stores, why, and for how long is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Publishing depends on third-party platform APIs which may change, rate-limit, or reject content at their discretion; the Service cannot guarantee that any given post will be accepted or delivered at an exact time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Service is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, including missed or failed publications.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your accounts and revoking its access from the relevant platforms. The operator may suspend the Service at any time, including for maintenance or where use breaches these Terms.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
